News Wrap: FDA advisory panel backs Moderna booster for seniors, other high-risk groups

President Joe Biden urged more businesses to mandate COVID vaccines for employees. The U.S. Labor Department reports wholesale prices spiked 8.6% in September from a year earlier. Stocks rallied on Wall Street, with major indexes rising 1.5% or more.
